The Sun City Fire and Medical District Board of Directors will consider its finances and an intergovernmental agreement when the panel meets tomorrow.

The board is scheduled to meet 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 18 at the district administrative office, 18602 N. 99th Ave. The meeting is open to the public.

The board will hear a report from Gabe Baldra, its finance director, regarding the district’s budget and finances. Mr. Baldra will also present an engagement letter from his form to continue his services.

Also on the board’s agenda will be consideration of an intergovernmental agreement with Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority for purchasing supplies and equipment. District officials are continually looking for ways to cut costs, including IGAs with other agencies allowing cost savings through bulk purchasing.
