And that’s especially true in Scottsdale. A study by Las Vegas firm H&P Law broke down the Fatality Analysis Reporting System data from 2017 to 2021 to find geographically where the highest percentage of fatal crashes are coming during the hours of 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
